Take extra care when checking out and make sure details are correct. My recent experience with the mob from amrsport that does the fulfillment has been horrendous. 2.5 weeks now and have yet to receive my racket, it's being returned to sender, which could have been avoided if they had made the effort to help in the first place. But they didn't.
