If you go to the store to buy it and they don’t have it in stock in store, but they do have it in a warehouse somewhere in the country, they will send it to your house at no charge. Yea, got me too until it happened to me!
So they encourage people to come to a store and browse around as the delivery is additional and the quick pick up version is surcharged

I personally think it fits fine on me. I don't mind it actually. Fits better than a medical face mask I purchased from Priceline.. The earloops hung down like earrings. I felt so ripped off after that. This is what drove me to try the cloth mask from cotton on
Be aware for click and collect if they need to ship it to the store first you may be waiting a while. I live in Brisbane and ordered on Jul 30th and still haven't had notification my order is ready for collection. CottonOn support told me on Tuesday it's being shipped to the store in Bris now but who knows how long that takes. They said it's due to Covid and the lockdown in Melb etc.

so you'll need to buy more filters after 14 days for $2 each - the cotton on mask can be reused/washed up to 50 times - that's $0.17 per wear
if using such disposable filters for 7 days instead of discarding after each use, then they should be sanitised after each day or only used once per week for up to a month
The filter is just an option, this is the reusable mask, is the same as cotton-on mask without filter.
regards to the reusable mask, a lot of people have a misunderstanding of the using of the Cotton mask. all mask recommended to be replaced every 4 hours including the reusable cotton one or when is getting wet. so you need to prepare at least 2 masks per day when go out. the good things about the reusable mask can be reused after wash or clean. but the disposable mask is more hygienic, especially at the pandemic period. you want to get as much protection as possible to reduce the chance to get infected.
Kn95 filter is just an option as extra protection for people who go to the hospital , supermarket etc where have more chance to get infected

it works out about $0.1 per pcs, so it is still cheaper to use a disposable mask and is more hygienic and less house work , most important thing is It does not bring the virus into your house.
