      That is very cheap on that example you gave, The seller is selling it cheaper than what we can buy it for direct from OSRAM (we are 1 of a handful of approved seller, so can guarantee our products are genuine). I'll take a closer look

    Purchased from the page saying "3 day shipping", just received dispatch notice with Royal mail tracking number, got a feeling this was NOT dispatched from Sydney as was advertised
