  Unless I'm incorrect, based on camelx3 the price of this dropped to below $100 a couple of time in June and July, so not really a bargain. Unless its because its out of stock in a lot of places?

    i am asking the same question. got my t1 for 99 from amazon, and now people are buying 130+ as a bargain. this beetle is the same case, at 135, unless you have to have it NOW. i do not see any point ordering at this price point.

      Both sets are retiring at the end of the year and I wouldn't expect too many restocks with Corona. With the way Expert sets skyrocket in price I wouldn't wait too long.

      Think I paid about $90 for this one, decent set but not my favorite big car.

      I'm thinking of getting the T1 campervan just for completeness sakes - I already have the beetle and the ford mustang. Waiting for the fiat to go on sale

      Campervan worth it? I note that it is from 2011.
