Not sure if this is what people would call "full game" in the traditional sense.

The add-ons and expansion packs which the game promotes equates to hundreds if not more.

  Do you mean the subtitles and written in-game dialogue? Or the Sims spoken voice lines? Because the Sims don't actually speak any form of English. Or any human language for that matter. The Sims speak Simlish. Which is a fake language created by EA or the Sims games. You can't change their spoken language.
  However you can certainly change the subtitles and written in-game dialogue in the settings.

    Haha…thank you for the explanation. After I've been playing it a few times, I come to realise the characters in the game talk gibberish.
