Worst Sales Process Ever

Has anyone else had issues with Dell's ordering process like this?

I ordered some items on 30/07, and dell split this purchase into 3 orders. For some reason 2 of the orders were in pending finance clearance. The third order was processed and delivered.

I paid through PayPal and it was showing up in my bank account as pending transaction but wasn't showing up in PayPal (for the 2 orders). I've had to contact dell many times and the payment has since gone through. In the meantime the 2 orders have been cancelled and after calling them, I found out they auto-cancel the orders after a certain number of days and they didn't notify me at all.

I had to call dell again and they created 2 new orders, which has blown out the expected delivery dates to October and November. One of the orders has a digital download for MS Office which I need soon due to my trial period expiring. I call dell every few days and they keep telling me that one of their colleagues is looking into it and they will send me an email by COB that day, but I never get an email from them. Every time I call I get the same response.

My Gmail is receiving emails from others and was getting emails from dell when ordering the stuff.

This is the worst service I have ever had when buying anything EVER. I bought an XPS 17 last month and I got the "Dell Advantage Coupon", which I used to place this order.
If it wasn't for the discount on the coupon, I would have cancelled the orders and bought the MS Office elsewhere.

I don't think I'll ever buy anything from Dell ever again!

    I bought something from Dell last year and the information was messy and constantly changed. As a customer, I had no idea when the item would actually arrive. I won't be using them again.
