Kogan Sim - Deactivated?

Hi all, I bought a 90d Kogan sim and now waiting for the delivery of a new Kogan sim card.

So rather than waiting for the sim… I have a bunch of unused Kogan sim cards from previous plan purchases, but when trying to activate them, I received the following message: The starter pack phone number or last 4 digits of your SIM number you entered above don't match the details on your SIM Starter Pack. Please check the numbers and try again.

I remember reading here that they expire after a while, or Kogan deactivate them. Is this correct?

      Looks to be that way. Thanks for linking this. I tried looking but couldn't find previous threads, maybe I was too specific in searching for "deactivate" 🤷

    It’s possible they are still tied to those plans. Try contacting Kogan support.

      Thanks for this. You could be right. Based on the link from Neoika above, I think calling Kogan is going to be a waste of time for everyone.
