Anyone know what the touchscreen is like on these? I bought a cheap no-name Android tablet that I regret, because you have to tap 'hard' on the screen to get a response
8" IPS display … for sure its very reaponsive, you can check few youtube reviews about it for satisfaction.

apparently there are issues which can be overcome. i hope so because i do want to use netflix on it, i got mine from Bang Good. Australian stock . No retailers have it so I was forced to buy like this. I would be much happier buying from the GG

Sure it's cheap, but it's also got the same specs as the $200 phone I had 5 years ago and significantly worse specs than a similarly priced phone now. I don't understand the appeal.

A20 is (s)low-end… but tabs are usually slower than same-priced phones, and M8 is less than A20… so I expect it's slower.
In terms of specs, M8 should be slower single-core, because it has A53 cores (vs A20's two A73 cores); and also slower multi-core, because total 4 cores (vs A20's 8).
But actual A20 performance is worse than specs predicted… so I have some foolish hope that maybe M8 is just as fast, in practice?
BTW A20 is within 1cm of a 7" tab's width! (6.4", but long and thin). It's an almost-tablet phablet.
This is tempting.. I am waiting for Galaxy Tab A 8.4 to be released but this lenovo m8 seems to be good enough for me. Anyone can share about the lenovo's quality?
