I find that the "Add to Bag" button disappears and re-appears throughout periods during the day.
When buying the LEGO Fat Boy, I had basically keep a tab open on a different monitor to refresh every 30 minutes or so, and instantly checkout as soon as it appeared.
Perhaps I've just been lucky that the button re-appeared when there was actually stock…

Sadly not. My UCS A-Wing got cancelled a couple of hours after the confirmation email even though I ordered it before it came on Ozbargain. I'll honestly be very surprised if any of these 20% discounts on the in demand sets get honoured.

I managed to get the A-Wing price matched at Myer in Brisbane City after showing the guy my cancelled order. He was happy to do so as long as I signed up to the Myer One mailing list. He even voluntarily got me a box from out the back that didn't have any marks from the security tags!

I skipped Rollercoaster entirely. Too big, no where to display, doesn't fit with my theme. It's cool if you are building a City and have the space.
Yeah not fitting in a display cabinet means a no on quite a few huge sets for me
Best bet is to call a store directly. Call the main number and be a bit chummy with the operator to find stock and they'll connect you to a store with stock and then be even more chummy with the store person and do a phone order. This way you get an actual person go and grab it for you and it's paid for in full with a cc. You'll have to pay like $10 in postage but still get all the discount. This is how I for the croc and Barracuda sets even though they were "sold out" online. Got them from a woop woop store in Vic.
