I just bought the S20+ at JB on contract and am looking to break the contract and move into Belong to save some money. However when I tried to do this I was told that my number or account number was incorrect (neither are). Is this at a common issue? Do I need to create a Telstra Account to do this or am I best off calling Telstra in the morning?

How long it has been in new plan S20+ plan with JB? it might take sometime for system to have all info i guess?
I just ported my Telstra JB plan to belong and it worked fine.
