Got an email midday Monday saying it has dispatched but that they don't have a tracking number until it arrives at the couriers sort facility. Apparently can take between 48-72 'working hours'. Never seen that with any seller/courier before. Still haven't received a tracking number.
Me neither. I am assuming it is a tactic for them to buy time to get stock?

Seller seems very dodgy, no update to the tracking and no response via email. Would recommend anyone to steer clear of these guys in the future.
I emailed them and did get a response saying it is dispatched and will come 3-8working days. No tracking number yet either though.

Today, I triggered an email saying your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. In some occasions, it may take up to 48 – 72 hours for respective courier to update the tracking number in our systems and the parcel’s status in the tracking link.
Let's hope I receive the genuine item soon because their customer service support is zero so far.

I ordered in June. It arrived just fine about 3-4 weeks later, even though I didn't have a tracking number for a while after dispatch.
Love it to bits. Don't really mind that I have to use an adapter to plug it in - and it came with.
Hopefully it doesn't break, but I have an earlier model and it's been doing excellent, dutiful service for 2 years - didn't have the mop thing though. I actually send them both going at once when I'm in a pinch about getting the house clean quick…
If you don't want tk use the adapter at all, all you need is a IEC-C7 plug, prob have a spare in a draw somewhere

Two days ago, received an email with tracking number. When I track it, just says documentation prepared and that update was since 14 August. 🤷🏻♂️

They said it's not yet arrived in Australia and as I am in Perth my item will come through the road from Melbourne once it arrives in Australia and it will take another 10 days to reach Perth.
