so $56 for 24 bottles ? Doesn't sound cheap ? (guess 3 x 6 packs always cost about the same as a carton of 24, which is why never buy 6 packs)
A case of this is $63.99 at Dan's. So it's cheaper this way.
What does amber ale taste like? Is it a fruity flavour?
Caramelly - a dark amber. Great flavours for 3.8% beer
Agreed. Aside from the Hargreaves hill ESB, this is the best Australian example of this style IMO.
Is it probably the best tasting mid strength beer I have ever had if not the best top 5. Worth the extra dollars they charge for it tbh. Get it on special a must try doesn't quite taste like a dark malt beer doesn't quite taste like a pale or a lager beer either a good flavoursome smooth creamy flavour. Hints of fruit and bitters finish it nicely.
It's a mid-strength beer so always cheaper than full-strength.
