Resistance Is Futile
I use resistance bands for work daily, I'd stay away from any generic stuff like this and stick to quality products like PTP (wait for a rebel discount).
When these junk bands snap on you mid-set you'd wish you bought a band that has a safety rope inside it…
all fun and games until it snaps and make you blind (or got hit in the nuts). Go for a respectable brand for bands.
