Similar to google movies, apple is having a movie frenzy and including a bunch of recently released movies in 4k HDR. Doing this on my phone and can't find the actual link so just included a screenshot. Popular ones include:

Depends on your TV. My Samsung TV has the app and I was browsing for new Apple TV content and came across this deal. I think all new Samsung and LG TVs support Apple TV.
Digital content can be removed and taken away from you at some point in the future if the licencing deal between Apple, Google, whoever and the content owner goes bad and the owner doesn't renew the agreement.
Plus 4K UHD disks look and sound better and some even come with a digital code too.
