12+16 Pin to USB Adapter or Enclosure (Cheaper Options)

I just upgraded the SSD of my Mac, and now I am trying to get some data from old original Mac SSD which is 12+16 pin.
Most probably rather than putting it again and copying data, maybe I can just get some adaptor
12+16 pin to USB (even USB 2 would be fine).

But to my surprise the price for that is so high for some reason:
160$ just for the adapter?

  I need 12+16 pin to usb. Maybe one idea maybe 12 16 pin to m.2 and buy another adapter m.2 to usb but i am not sure that formation will work for not.
  that one is cheaper is ebay as well.
