The previous owner of my home must have had the same contractors as the vendor.
Can confirm agent is unpleasent in real life, must be a good actor.
Can almost assure you this agent is a total flog in real life - this is a sale pitch nothing else
Your not buying the house your buying the land if the cost of this knock down job is more then land of a similar size in the area your getting ripped

I just found the video was a refreshing change. Taking a funny take on this definitely stands out.
In my current house, at the end of the video the selling agent jumped in the pool in his suit and started swimming laps. Worked for us!

Still doesn't change my opinion of agent's and the industry.
