I've been having issues with email communication both prior to and after my order. All of the items I ordered were confirmed in stock when I ordered them but they have not been sent out. When I contacted them, they ignored half my questions and simply said the items were on order and that things would be shipped out yesterday. Nothing was shipped and the order has still not been sent out today. I had been very clear that I needed it shipped on time as per our discussions. They have refused to refund the order despite at least 2 requests. Anyone else have a similar experience? I paid with paypal. Should I open a dispute?

Are we talking more then a week between order and shipping?. Some items on amazon prime take 3-4 days to start shipping, and this is top grade service.
Would you consider this false advertising…. since the company is called ShoppingExpress……?
It is more about having email confirmation that all items were in stock and would be shipped within 24hrs only to find that this was not true. It would be different if I had just ordered off the website without communication.
I ordered some stuff last week from SE - ordered Wednesday morning, arrived Friday morning to regional NSW.
Centre Com on the other hand didnt even dispatch until Friday…
I received a message saying it was supposed to be shipped today (10 days after ordering). No tracking info so presumably not shipped yet. So experiences must vary.
I have only positive experience with SE. Sorry can’t help you.
