I don't think CWH allow for creams to be returned, just like vitamins/meds due to health & safety reason (even outside of covid).

I think you can if it hasnt been opened. The pump would need to be retracted, clearly meaning you have not used the product. Worth a try. 50% off!!ñ

Did you actually managed to have CW to give you better price? Last time I tried they told me they match only other pharmacies not supermarkets
they did price beat protein bars and shake when Woolies had a sale
They refused me as well for formula

I was successful getting Chemist Warehouse to price beat this Woolworths product on Wednesday.
They sometimes try to weasel out of their price beat offers so be assertive and show them their terms and conditions like I did as their terms and conditions (see below) don't exclude supermarkets.
When I went to get the Woolworths offer price matched, I showed them the Woolworths online catalogue. They then rang the supermarket to verify that the product was in stock and then they got their supervisor to approve the price of $7.87!

Does this work alright for hands? Heard about non-soap, surfactant cleansers being effective for hand washing but have only seen them marketed as 'body' washes, including this and QV Gentle.
I had the exact same thought today whilst grabbing it off the shelf! I don't see why not, it says it's good for face too, and face skin is the most sensitive skin on your face. I'm phasing out my palmolive hand soap in favour for something more gentle.
you can use sorbelene has a hand non-soap and cleanser. Generic brand is like $3 for a litre.
Can't find any store that has stock (some of them show stock but nothing at the stores). Looks like OzBargained already. :(
