Crucial P1 500GB 1900MB/s 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD - $79
Crucial MX500 500GB 560MB/s SATA 2.5" SSD - $79
Do you intend to just store your game collection or actually play the games from there? If just for storage, I think it's cheaper to just get the traditional spindle hard drive, you get more storage space for your money.
Play the games off it
Yeah you want an SSD. My 1TB hard drive just can't keep up with the demands of modern games. I think I'm going to have to buy a 1TB or 2TB SATA drive when they're cheaper.
@Void: Your 1TB SSD can't keep up with IO performance or are u talking about storage capacity?
@freewhere: HDD too slow. Maxes out in numerous games open world and not open world.
MX500 is perfect for this use!
Damn that P1 price looking good
I'd still take the A2000 because it may be cheaper with Centrecom free shipping.
Shipping is $10.20 for me in the ACT. So less than $3 cheaper than this:

Worth it for A2000 then.
Ordered a P1. Have been meaning to get one for my desktop pc as I just used an old SATA SSD I had laying around when I built this ryzen pc. Ty OP.
I went to their warehouse/store behind Nick futniture in alexandria today. I was shocked by their service. Seems that we'll have to pay the shipping and surcharge since they reject any instore pickup. The staff there are mostly chinese and the chinese manager was a bit rude, threatening me that if i didnt leave he would call the police.
I need a second SSD for storage of games on my gaming PC. Would this be suitable or should I wait for the Samsung EVO to be on special again ?
