Was looking to buy one Jackbox party pack when i came across this bargain or $85 when its normally worth $186 for 5 games. They also have a sale for the individual party games if you only looking to buy one or 2 of the party packs.

I've had a lot of fun playing these with friends while we're all in lockdown. Host shares their screen over Zoom or Discord or whatever and people bring the game up in a browser window, it's workable if you have a phone that can splitscreen the video and browser at the same time but I definitely recommend playing on a pc.
Is the Quint pack worth it or is there a certain pack bought individually that is the best of the lot?

I have all 6 - and they are all fun games. I've attempted packs 1 & 2 but they're no where near as fun as the rest. They have the original Quiplash & Fibbage ( both fantastic) but there are remakes on 3 & 4.
Of the ~70 hours played (steam), 90% of the time is on packs 3/4/6. 5 is okay - Patently Stupid and Mad Verse City are great if you have friends that will get in on it and perform their product/rap battle in front of everyone.
While it might be cheaper to just buy one or two, for a little extra you can get the lot. But if you just want one to try it out - 3 or 4 would be best.
I also highly recommend Pack 6. Jackbox 7 is due to be released in the next 2-3 months!
Keep in mind that one pack was free on Epic so it might be cheaper to buy the others on sale and/or wait until.Epic has a sale with repeat coupons again.
