looking for a decent quality outdoor storage box for the backyard.
did a bit of digging, and there seems to be a lot of poor quality ones.
Can anyone recommend a decent quality one that won't break the bank.
Ideally people can sit on it, weather proof, solidly built etc.

I've got this Aldi one too. Works pretty well and I check all my garden tools, sprayers etc in it. For the price, I can't really fault it.
Yeah I've got two, from two previous sales. Got one first, and just whacked it on my balcony(I live in an apartment block), just to add extra storage outside. Felt it was good enough, then got another one in a subsequent sale. No issues with either so far.

You can normally tell by the weight if rubbish or not . 7KG = rubbish !

I've got the Mimosa one from Bunnings. Can't link it since the Bunnings website is down at the moment.
I like it, real solid. Doubles as a bench to sit on.
I've got limited space so, for storage, I use a heavy duty tool box (2.5mm checkerplate) that's designed for a ute. It doubles as a bench to sit on. It cost almost $400 though.
I have a few from Keter and Lifetime.
Lifetime ones are better by a significant margin. Has gas struts, better seal and I can actually stand on the thing.
Almost 2x price for the Lifetime (like for like capacity).
Bunnings has those military style pelican case type large boxes, supposed to be good 🤷♂️
