I've got some protein bars that will get you massive in 3 hours when used as directed for 5 years
Seriously I don't understand which is good or better toothpaste to buy esp with their so much advertising stunts. I just get whichever is the half price in the given period or Sensodyn when it's $7-8.
Any expert here to comment how you choose it?
Contains peroxide, which is the same stuff used for bleaching at the dentist but in EXTREMELY low concentration and because it's only in contact with your teeth for the 2 mins you brush for, it basically does shit all i.e. it's all marketing
Stick with normal colgate, oral-b, dentitex etc… toothpastes. Sensodyne or sensitive variants of previous brands if you have sensitivity.
Source: am dentist
Also tastes like shit and feels more abrasive
Source: also destroyer of enamel
There is a minimum quantity of 3 that's needs to noted. I used the Colgate Sensitive ProRelief Whitening. Which seems to work. But my stains are coffee and tea. Someone commented about my teeth. So it must work
