Any Difference between These Two Phoenix Massage Guns?

I am after a massage gun but my budget is not that loose to buy a big brand (Hypervolt, Theragun, etc.) I noticed that Phoenix is a reputable brand, but the prices differ between AE and their original website.

I assume the AliExpress one is fake. They are almost identical in shape and specs, the only difference I could find is the word "Phoenix" next to the charging port of the original one, but the AE one has some generic wording.
If it is a fake, how can they legally use the name?

    I don't think 'fakes' care about the legality of things …. hence why it is a fake

      OK, I thought of that too, but I couldn't explain the fact that only the Phoenix name is being misused and not any other massage gun brand. Why there are no fake Theraguns or Hypervolts on AE?

    If you are in doubt about the Aliexpress model and find the original Phoenix to be too expensive then Aldi has this for $90 on next Saturday. Don't like it and return it within 2 weeks for a full refund.

      I saw that, but a) no Aldi within 5kms and b) even if I could travel I always found those items to be OOS.

    Just get thw Joy jolly or whatever it's called. They are all from the same cloth.

    I can't tell the difference between it at $100 or $600 for a Theragun.
