Hi OzBargain,
I am curious if anyone has been able to receive a full refund after receiving a JetStar voucher?
My partner was going to travel to her home country in May but due to COVID her flights were cancelled. I believe she had a Starter Fare.
She was able to obtain and was emailed a credit voucher but as she has not been working so much, she would really benifet if Jetstar provided a refund.
Has anyone been able to receive a refund with similar circumstances as above?
Any help would be appreciated :)
Unless your ticket T&Cs said you are entitled to cash refund (which is what you're asking), then a travel credit is a valid form of 'refund' as outlined here by the ACCC.

Budget airline, not a chance, only a voucher which should be valid until 2021 from memory to make your booking, which can be for travel up to a year after that.
So basically you have up till 2022 to use the credit voucher.
