Just wondering about the experience with Amazon return process from someone who had done it before. How soon do you see an update on the return process after you drop off at parcel point drop off?
Context:
Returned a product shipped from amazon us (seller) through amazon au following the instructions provided. It’s been about 10 days since I dropped it off at parcel point location and there has been no update on the item (it still is at initial stage and no confirmation on picked up from parcel point or arrived at their collection centre in nsw. Support says wait for 14 days and talk to them again.
The post is to get an understanding if thats how it normally works? (i.e. no update from drop off to seller receiving it etc…)

i actually didnt get an email from dropping off from the return parcel drop off
it was weird
did get the email once amazon got it
