Hi all,
I am looking to build a PC for less than 3000 - I prefer an Intel system for stability. It will be 50% for work (Matlab, Excel, Chrome), 30% for trading (Chrome) and 20% for casual gaming (Age of Emp 2, Football Manager, CS:GO and potentially Flight Simult/Planet Zoo). It should be able to connect to up to 4 monitors, and to Wifi directly.
I am having a work laptop (Dell Precision, 8th gen i7 with an integrated graphic card, 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD) and I find it a bit slow and noisy especially when I am running my code and trading at the same time.
Your suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks.
I usually go to Part Picker and put something together. I've always chosen three, different builds so I know that at least one will be in stock. I know OzBer's love deals, but there's something to be said for getting everything from one source so you don't end up in the middle of finger-pointing issues if something goes awry.
;)
