Hi All,
Samsung Care + price is $250 for 2 years .
It offers to exchange another equivalent handset twice in 2 years with a fee $139/ each .
Recent I have placed a pre-order for a Note 20 Ultra , and got an free offer for Samsung Care Plus ( it was sent to my email prior )
Can anyone have any experience with this service , please share your thoughts .
Your input is greatly appreciated !

    I broke my note 10+, filled out the form and the phone was at my house the following day. Then you have 2 weeks to send back the broken phone in their prepaid satchel.

      Did they send the brandnew one?

        From what I could tell it was brand new. Worth the $$ if you break phones as much as I do
