Regardless of web traffic… People are able to select the item they want, enter in all their details, complete the transaction in under 30 seconds, and not have a single page load error that everyone else seems to get? What a load of bullshit, I don't even bother with these events anymore other than to have a laugh.
Yeah it certainly is. It may depend on the quality and speed of the internet connection (and a bit of luck). I think most are getting caught up in the hype, I mean the Ghd IV Styler (as posted by aacheney) was $140 including delivery. Good deal maybe, but selling out in minutes with site crashes?
Anyway it seems that the Catch of the Day's online empire is only going to grow exponentially with these sorts of marketing campaigns.
