It has actually gotten worst. It used to be 10% off the entire amount. Now it is just 10% of the plan not the hardware.
Optus with high prices and below garbage customer service, 10% does not cut it, 40% off the plan + the phone repayment, I may consider.
they always have 10% for students, too bad their data is not unlimited with a 1.5mps cap.
