  I'm a small built guy. Tried this for couple of days. I'ts not comfortable at all. It rounds up like a rope under your arms. May be others find it comfortable.

  I just bought one similar to this from an Amazon. It got sent back the same day. They are way too hard to put on, and too hard to adjust because the straps are too short - the end is near your lat muscles and I just can't reach them. Caveat, I'm quite tall (6'6").
