We've just moved to a place that has nbn and so I've been researching nbn companies and plans. My work has had a good experience with Aussie Broadband and so I've been keen to go with them, but then I got thinking about our mobile plans and was wondering what combinations people have that help them save money but still get good service.
Currently we pay $89 p/month for the formerly Vividwireless (now Optus) unlimited mobile broadband but the speed has been terrible since Optus bought them out. Our prepaid mobile plans are $30 a month (I'm w/ Boost and my wife is w/ Woolies). So what companies provide nbn and mobile service that might be comparable ($149 p/month total or less)?
Thanks for your help!
Boost $150/80GB x 2 /12 is $25 per month (must activate by 10 August though).
NBN 50/20 plans are typically $70-$80. Belong (a Telstra offshoot) offers the cheapest at $65, although support is, um, limited. If you can live with 30mbps speeds, their Starter plan is $55. Total cost all up $80-$90 per month…
