I bought a Razer black widow a couple of months ago and do not know what this key does as circled here
I know that it is a dumb question but I never really experimented with it
Can somebody in the comments tell me?
What Does This Key on Razer Blackwidow Keyboard Does?

Menu key
Does it show up a menu when you press it because it doesn’t do anything when I press it
It depends on what application you are using.
It's basically the right click Context Menu. What shows up depends on where the 'focus' is placed. See Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menu_key
It 's like a right click on a mouse. IE - if i have firefox open and press it it brings up the menu popup.
If it isn't doing anything - you might need to install the razer software. That would allow you to remap it also.Oh ok, didn't try on my pc but will, also on my Mac, why doesn't synapse 2.0 detect the keyboard? and why is there no 3.0 like on pc?
Razer has just chosen not to make Synapse 3.0 for mac. Would need to ask them why they chose not to.
Few reasons why it may not be getting detected but can try this guide for starters.

looks like a potential 'any' key
and do not know what this key does as circled
Ever thought of pressing it and seeing what it does!? This key is on a LOT of keyboards.
It sends a Shift + F10
also known as a "right mouse click"
Yeah mate I tried and it does NOTHING, Just never thought of pressing it on my pc but I tried on my Mac and nothing
but I tried on my Mac
Well things you didn't say in your post, but yes on a mac is does nothing, just like those 'apple' only keys on apple keyboards that do nothing in windows.
Maybe you need to hold the function key for it to work?
On my non-razer keyboard it acts as if I right-clicked. A secondary right-click.
Probably the same for you
