City of Parramatta Art Society is hosting an Art Show in Parramatta Townhall (near Parramatta Station & Westfield). There are many beautiful original art works on exhibition, and also up for sale. Free entry and complimentary soft drink, coffee & tea and juices. Programme costs $1.50 and goes towards donation, but not mandatory to buy. It is a nice add-on for a weekend day in Parramatta. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They said the show would finish next Sunday.

        a freebie is something that normally costs money and is temporarily discounted.

      on the other hand, if the title were changed to "FREE soft drink, coffee & tea and juices", then maybe it could be listed under FREEBIES… :P

    I actually went to this yesterday, some good artworks to look at. I didnt take up the free soft drinks, so yeah more for this for arts than for an ozbargain.
