Funny business by Wizard Credit Card / Latitude 28° Mastercard?

is anyone having trouble paying their credit card with this company. im trying to pay online abd i keep getting the message " system unavailable. sorry this service is currently unavailable. please try again later".

it is really frustrating because i cant be on the computer checking all the time and they nake it so you can only pay using their site. theres no bpay or any other option to pay from my bank account. the same thing happened last month and i got hit with a 30$ late fee plus 20% interest because of their system being down.

    Have you tried the phone app? I've had no issues with my 28deg.

    Pay 3-4 days before due date.. problem solved..

    And yes you can pay with bpay

    The customer reference number (CRN) is your Latitude 28 Degrees Global Platinum Mastercard account number - this can be found in the top right hand corner of your statement.

    Please note a payment handling fee applies, and that using your card number instead of your account number will result in delays to your payment or your payment not being received.

    If you're paying by BPAY on your due date, make sure you complete the transaction before your bank's cut-off time. Remember that some BPAY payments can take up to 3 business days to appear on your account.

    I've found that message during the early hours of the morning (around 2am) - maybe try during business hours to be safe?

      Same. I got that message when I try to pay late at night too.

    You should call them to explain this. If it was your first time paying late and you ask them politely, they might refund you.

    Funny on my last statement (Bottom of front page - Your Payment slip) it says

    Direct Debit
    BPay
    AustPost Billpay
    or Tear off slip and mail in payment

    The 28 degrees app (Latitude) didn’t allow me to pay using bank transfer. Said that it was used within 5 days, which is not the case.

    Anyone know of a way to automate paying 28 degrees remaining balance with BPay just prior to the statement being generated?
