    Just ordered some contacts with these guys (in my case Daily Acuvue Moist for astigmatism) and accidentally ordered the wrong strength for one eye; was very impressed with their customer service when I called. Company is based in AU and there were no issues with changing my order after already having paid for it. I also found their prices for other brands were generally cheaper than other online retailers if that helps anyone else.
