Unagi the rep for a deal? :P

  • Im so upset; nowhere in brisbane does takoyaki without visiting a busy area, or sunnybank; which is currently a risky place to go.

    Mah cravings man.

If i hadnt learned how to make tomagoyaki id be starving :p

    • There are some sushi places serving takoyaki, but not as good as in Japan. My tiny local in Mt Gravatt has it. But it's not a specialty of theirs, so only ok. Better for their good $10.50 katsu-don etc.

Will look forward to travel restrictions lifting for takoyaki again in Osaka.

Yep, i have cash put aside to head back to japan, the second we have a treatment or a vaccine. Either one; just something to make it 'safe'.

        itll be mad.

        • Told a rice farmer friend in mountains North of Kyoto I wouldn't pop over in the cold of December, but would pop over around now.
          Oh well… Might be a while😢

          • @INFIDEL: Another 6 months or less hopefully. Multiple vax look promising. And even if not, even more antibodies look promising; once they can take the risk out, then herd immunity isnt stupid like it would be now.

            Fingers crossed things play out!

            • @MasterScythe: A nice trip across the Border & back would be nice to visit friends in N NSW…
Even that is way too complex & slow on return at the moment.
Who knows when our State border will fully open.

Bought flight to Malaysia in Feb for holiday May-June. All I got is a credit & gamble Air Asia will still be in business to use it.

Not holding my breath for Japan for a long while. And depends what airlines are flying by then.

My farmer friend became a proud Grandfather (a son each to 2 daughters in Nov-Dec). He wanted to share that with me. They may be running around by the time I meet them.

              Everything is uncertain.

We used this company last time they had this deal going. The items were delivered quickly and service was excellent. Would recommend!
