Grounded - Rated MA?

I noticed Grounded has been rated MA for strong violence, strong horror themes and users interact. When I heard about the game a while ago, I thought it would be fun to play with our younger children. I played a small amount last night and found it fairly tame. Minecraft is rated PG with mild violence, very mild violence and contents may change online.

Is there something else to Grounded that I haven't seen yet to warrant the MA rating?

    It's an MMO kinda game isn't it? Might be largely weighted to MA because of interaction with other players. And maybe because player models are more realistic than say Minecraft, deaths could be considered more graphic.
