Cheapest iPad 2 64gb 3G in store?

I'm looking for an iPad 2 64gb 3G, but would prefer to get it in store, but have had no luck haggling prices/price matching with Kogan etc. because they are all saying that it isn't Australian stock and the warranty isn't applicable in Australia. Has anyone had any luck getting a 64gb 3G for below $894?

    What is wrong with the Kogan one? The warranty should still work in Australia. I thought iPads have international warranties.
