OK. Just wondering as there were some complaints on your site regarding the masks you were selling as Tina Wells because you were not shipping them in boxes. People did not know if they were the genuine article or not.
They're not Tina Wells. They're William Klein and they come in the box that is pictured. Our first batch that was dispatched had no boxes and we were rushed to get them out. This led to some confusion unfortunately but all shipments are now sent as pictured. 😊
@Williamklein: Yep, I get that. I'm referring to your first batch that you advertised as Tina Wells, not William Klein. You shipped them in a plastic bag and people were unable to confirm they got what was advertised.
@wombat1955: Your attention to detail is very good. The original listing was a generic picture and had both us and Tina Wells as a seller. After that, they changed the picture to a Tina Wells box and made it branded which is when we actually jumped off the listing and made our own with our own box. Apologies for any confusion, we have been refunding any customer who wasn't happy with their purchase.
