Can't seem to log in after logging out, didn't get an email when I clicked forgot password and I received error messages when trying to order prior. How do I fix this? Thanks

With the last update the app would make the phone's alarm notification turn on, fixed with today's update.
Clear the app data, then try.
My issue was an order disappearing after going to the store. Had to have data on the whole way, otherwise it glitches. Best to go to the store and do your order right there to get your discount etc.
I experienced technical problems, too. I've just gotten off the phone with Macca's customer service because I lost a $2 Kit Kat McFlurry reward in the process and "you don't ask, you don't get". Anyway, the promotion proved too popular and many restaurants were depleting their stock and they decided to remove the reward. Perhaps those who had experienced technical issues were targeted for the McFlurry reward.
2 or 3 times I have had technical difficulties with the app…
2x it tried to claim I had not received my order so needed to complete the order, yet I had weeks earlier and I could not get it to go beyond the complete your order screen
The last time it messed up, I placed the order but it would not accept my payment no matter what I did so I could not get the special available via the app.I am hating that app to be honest!
Yes exactly what happened to me, hard to believe a multi million dollar company can't create an app properly

I think there's an issue with the app. I opened it a few minutes ago and it showed a popup about technical issues.
