Usually when i get a decline I just shrug and assume the category wasn't included, but I started to notice that all my amazon purchases in the last months or so have declined.
On checking the categories they should have all been eligible for some form of cashback.
I always make sure Cashrewards is reactivated for each transaction before adding an item to cart. And with the last purchase I disabled Honey and Shop Back just to make sure there wasn't another extension causing problems but still I got a decline. Other website site purchases are tracking fine - it just seems to be amazon.
I have raised an inquiry with Cash Rewards for each declined transaction, but rather than just trying to get these fixed as they happen I thought I would ask if anyone has any idea what might be causing this?
Recently I have started making more use of adding things to my lists as a means of bookmarking items I might buy later - does this cause issues with cash rewards? They definitely aren't in my cart yet at this point, I only add to cart from my lists after activating Cash Rewards.
Hi. Auto-declines after purchase occur if Amazon reports items as coming from 0% (ineligible) categories. Please PM me a ticket number or your CR email address and I’ll look into this for you and report back. There will certainly be a valid explanation. Thank you.
