Who Accepts Owner Builder Home Loans?

Does anyone know which banks around Victoria or Australia that accept owner builder construction loans that I can contact?

    St.George / Bank of Melbourne / BankSA used to, up to LVR 60%, at least up until 2013. May have changed since then.
