Magnetic USB-C PD Cable

Hi,

I'm running a Pixel 4 XL and my partner is running a Pixel 2 XL.

On my old phone, and my partners P2, we have noticed that the USB-C port is in need of increasingly frequent cleans. Otherwise the charger stops working, as you can't plug the phone in properly (to be fair, this is a 2 year old phone that has seen better days).

We are thinking of getting magnetic cables, so we can leave the port's in our phones and avoid this issue completely. I looked on the amazon NetDot page, and the Volta charger page, and i can't seem to find any usb-c to usb-magnetic-c cables (that will work with our Google chargers).

Any recommendations of which cables to get so that they work with usb-c pd chargers?

    eBay have plenty of sellers that have both the magnetic cables and the tips you need.
    Good thing you want to leave the tip in the phone as I've discovered it's sometimes quite difficult to remove the little tip from my phone.

      Doesn't solve the issue long term, as we do need to plug the phone in every now and again (android auto in the car,transferring large files, etc)
