Who is the best value Jeweller?

My wife wants to replace her engagement ring the OzBargain way…..

She told me to ask you all which jeweller is cheaper, and if you know of any reputable online retailers. She wants real gold not fake.

Thanks for your suggestions!

No jeweler that sells in shops are any good, all just cheap junk with a massive mark up

go somewhere that makes them, my wives engagement , wedding and eternity ring are all from Jogia diamonds, one of the rings is custom made and all blends in together perfectly.

you get to chose the diamond and then the ring

sshh dont tell her, btw Jogia is a brick and mortar store too not just online.

but honestly any of these type jewelers are better then zamels, Michael hill etc

  • Not sure if i would trust online, i heard blue nile is good.

I'd go to a shop in person :)

    • Bit contradictory there..

  • get a synthetic diamond

  • Jewellery and good value should not be in the same sentence.

Give her the equivalent amount purchased into the stock index. It pays 3% every year, it is the gift that keeps on giving.

    the local cashies

  • I don’t think that the OP has said what their location is. That makes it difficult to give any recommendations for physical shops.

I can tell you about a great manufacturing jeweller but I doubt that you’re near me in regional NSW. And then it would be most unlikely that he would be cost effective for you.

But, if you are in the Wagga Wagga area, or are willing to travel, I’ll happily share his details.

  • if OP is in Melbourne i can give pm him a great family owned jewellery bis thats been around for 45 years+
