Preferably minimum 2 input, to 1 hdmi output. Because it will be used for console as well, I would prefer 4k switch that can support HDR and min 60hz.

I also have one that looks identical (bar brand and labels) to the $59.90 one from Amazon that you have linked and it causes HDCP and 4K issues.
