I port in/out every 3m Kogan <->Catch Connect between their $15/90days new customer plan and currently on Kogan which is due to expire in next 10days and I cannot see Catch connect ($15/90days) new customer plan is not available atm, what are my options other than Kogan?

nothing, though you can use the half price Belong $40 at Auspost or officeworks and hack it out to 4 months with a referral.

If you can do with one day without connectivity/data if you are using dual sim; then you can go signup with a sms provider and use that to send a reply sms to koganmobile on day 31 and use the catchconnect $1.50 sim card for 30 days.
Alternatively port catchconnect to telstra and back to catchconnect. (I'm not sure if this would break the system)
As someone mentioned above, Belong $25 starter pack is another option for 90 days. It is frequently on sale for $10. Activate it on $25/mth plan with $20 referral credits, switch to $10/mth plan after 1st billing day. Total data banking is 22GB, less than Kogan 90 day plan, but it is unlimited with shaped speed of 256kb. If you buy $40 one for $20, activate it on $40/mth, total data banking is 82GB.
As Kogan requires 31 days away before you can redeem a new customer voucher, you have to recharge/port to a 3rd provider with other 28/30 day plans.
