site says a rack weighs 700-800g.

delivery was next day after I ordered.
They were packed the same day as delivery.
The meat was trimmed left with a fat cap on one side.
I used the reverse sear method.
The meat as top notch.Will buy again.
You normally charge $60 for a rack of lamb? These guys are $35
