Its not going to be much good freshly roasted for most people in that quantity !
Freezing works really well, but 5kg takes a lot of freezer space.
How is anyone meant to go through 5kg of beans within 1 week :/ freezing beans doesn't work.
Better off buying a 500g bag each week and getting them fresh.

Rough math:
Average # of espresso shots in 1kg whole beans = 120-140 (so let's say 130)
Approximate caffeine in one espresso shot = 64mg
Caffeine in 5kg whole beans = 130 x 5 x 64 = 41,600mg
Caffeine per day if consumed over a week = 5,943mgYou'd have to pull about 46 double shot coffee per day
TD50 of caffeine (i.e. median toxic dose) = 192mg/kg
Average 70kg human = 13,440mgSo there you go. You could double that intake before dying. And be so much more productive

Coffee is decent, I found the espresso grind slightly to fine for my basic machine but otherwise really great.
Just looking at the "Happy Customers" on the website. Those people look so happy with their beans that they went and got a professional photo shoot done for their thumbnails.
Have just ordered…we'll see what I look like after the brew. I can tell you, they are going to have to be pretty awesome beans to do that to me!
