Scheduling & Invoicing Software - Small Business

Hi,

I am searching for software for my small business and have enquired into/trialled countless programs, but have not been successful in my search thus far. My biggest issue is finding software which is on an individual, recurring billing cycle of 6 weeks (sessions). I have found software which I can set for 6 weeks, but all clients need to be on the same cycle – this is not an option and I am also trying to avoid doing pro-rata invoicing. I have also found software which I can select to invoice for 6 weeks, but I then manually have to find who is due to pay again and manually send off the invoice. I am looking for automatic recurring.

As a side note, I also need a booking system with calendar for numerous staff and invoicing which allows me to ask for payment via bank transfer only (not credit card, cash or direct debit). I am HOPING to find an all in one software.

If anyone has any suggestions or can help in any way, I would highly appreciate it :)
