Is the Go fest worth it?
It's a bargain considering the ticket is cheaper than usual and you dont have to travel or book hotel to play. Missing the atmosphere of actual location and trainer interactions
I'm in lockdown (Melbourne) so will be playing from home. Still looking forward to but hoping that it's still worth it even though I can't get out and spin stops.
It will be worth it. Just not being able to spin stops for balls will be hard.

I'd recommend not using this code until either Saturday or Sunday as it's valid until after Go Fest and will mean that you can use it as a top up if you run out of potions/balls on one of the days. If you claim it now, that's 21 slots that you could be using to hoard balls before the day.
Also, I'm planning to not open any gifts tomorrow (Friday) as they have announced that you'll be able to send and open 200 gifts on the first day of Go Fest:

By leaving gifts unopened tomorrow, I'll be able to open all of those gifts on Saturday and my friends will each be able to send me a new gift again on Saturday - effectively doubling the number that I can open (since I have less than 100 friends)
